This is the Droid Toolbox Bluetooth Device. It works with Disney's Galaxy's Edge Droids that you build at Droid Depot. 

The back has a magnetic side that allows you to stick it on metal. 

The Droid Toolbox has a few different features. The first is the SCAN mode where the toolbox will give you a list of all available droids in the area. (You can connect with a droid only when the remote control is turned off.) From there, you can play all the available sounds the droid can make. These vary with the different personality chips.

It also has a BEACON mode where you can emulate the beacons found on Batuu. These beacons interact with your droid at random intervals and the droid reacts differently based on the location. 

In BEACON mode you have the option of picking a location such as (Marketplace, Behind Depot, Resistance, Droid Depot, Dok Ondor's, and First Order). Or you can emulate other droids!
